Established in July 2000, Tianjin Zhongjin Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is located in Tianjin—a major northern port city and the economic hub of the Bohai Rim region. The company occupies an area of approximately 30 *mu* (approx. 2 hectares) and employs a workforce of around 150 people. Its core business involves the R&D, design, and manufacturing of automotive interior and exterior components, as well as reusable packaging solutions for automotive parts.
The company’s operations primarily utilize processes such as extrusion, thermoforming (vacuum forming), die-cutting, and compression molding. Its production capabilities are supported by two PP honeycomb board production lines, five flat-sheet extrusion lines, four four-column hydraulic presses, five heavy-gauge vacuum forming machines, three 5-axis CNC routers, one 3-axis CNC router, and several flatbed cutting machines.
Currently, the company's primary business segment focuses on automotive interior and exterior components, providing supporting services to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
